Yes. CardMonitor supports one-click firmware upgrade. Click 'Check for Update', then 'Upgrade' — the software auto-downloads the latest firmware and flashes it to your boards over WiFi. Push to a single board or batch-update your entire fleet.

What EAS technologies does HAX manufacture?

HAX covers all major EAS technologies: AM (58Khz Acousto-Magnetic), RF (8.2MHz Radio Frequency), RFID (865.6-928MHz), Metal Detector (MD), and EM (Electromagnetic). With 70+ product models including antenna gate systems, boards, tags, labels, deactivators, and detachers.

What is the detection range of HAX EAS systems?

Detection ranges vary by technology: RFID systems detect up to 3.0m with RFID tags, AM systems detect 1.8-2.2m with DR labels and up to 2.6m with monster tags, RF systems detect 1.0-1.85m with soft labels. The HAX9370AMRFID integrated system combines AM and RFID for detection up to 3.0m.
